Gunners manager Arsene Wenger told Sky Sports 1:
“We had a difficult first half, we were a bit nervous due to the fact we lost the last two games and we played under pressure today. In the second half we had chances to win the game, we made a defensive mistake on the second goal but we had a good second half and at 1-1 it looked like it would be us to win.”
Defeat leaves Arsenal five points adrift of Chelsea in the chase for the final Champions League place but Wenger said:
“We are in a fighting position, let’s be inspired by the second half today.”
Wenger’s decision to replace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who set up Arsenal’s goal, with Andrey Arshavin in the second half drew an angry response from the Emirates Stadium crowd – and captain Robin van Persie.
But Wenger said:
“Wenger: ‘I have been in management 30 years, I’ve made 50,000 substitutions. I don’t have to justify every decision to you [the press]. He started to stretch his calf and he had given a lot, he is not used to that intensity.”

1. Wenger is a Secret Gambler (He should be investigated)
2. Wenger is Insane (He should be made to undergo a series of mental test)
3. Either Wenger or Wenger and the board are involved in Match Fixing (They should be investigated)

I believe that Arshavin and Park are both very big names in thier countries and the reason they where put on was to increase the fan base in Russia and Korea. A lot of Koreans support Man u due to thier park and the board want to tap in to that market. How comes Park isn’t good enough to play any other time but all of a sudden he is good enough to play against united?
The board are more focused on increasing Arsenal as a brand and getting more world wide viewers and bigger sponsorship deals, but surely winning things is a better way of don’t that!!
I think the reason the board will never get rid of wenger is because he does what he is told.

It was a big tactical error, Oxlade was the biggest threat on the field, and replacing him with out form Asharivn was a big mistake whether Wenger likes it or not. Wenger defeated Arsenal not Man Utd.
