Little surprised to read that Fulham signed Philippe Senderos to a three-year contract.
Senderos was not good enough for Arsenal and after spending time at both AC Milan and Everton I thought that he would be more attracted to a team in Italy or Spain than the Premier League.
I loved Senderos’s quote on the Fulham’s website:
“I’m delighted that I am joining the club during the most successful period in its history.”
During the most successful period? Philippe, Fulham just completed their most successful season ever. They were amazing last season, but they have peaked!
