Looks Like Bendtner is Coming Back To Arsenal

by David on March 5, 2013

In case you missed it, Nicklas Bendtner was charged on Saturday night in Copenhagen for driving whilst intoxicated. What he was doing in Copenhagen and not Turin is anyone’s guess but late Monday the Danish football association announced that Bendtner has been suspended for six months by the Denmark national football team because of his arrest for DUI.

“While respecting the right to privacy, we have decided to suspend the player for the next six months,” a statement from the DBU read today.

Bendtner is on loan at Juventus, but is currently injured. He has yet to score a goal for Juve this season, and rumblings out of Turin suggest that Juve will cancel his loan deal, sending him back to Arsenal for the rest of the season.

Well, let him come back. To me, he is better than some of the players we parade now.

Have to disagree with you on that. Giroud gets onto a lot more balls than Bendtner ever did and his goalscoring record is better too

Not a fan of his at all. Really hate his attitude, etc. but I would like to see what he can provide compared to the crop playing for Arsenal.

He will be useful for us, he has a very good record playing for his national team too and i think is much better than a few of our strikers. In Juventus he has not played much as he is competing for a starting spot against world class strikers….i would welcome Bendtner back in Arsenal for one more season so he can prove if he still has it.

nicky has not done anything wrong. Our negativity actually affected him. I would be glad to see him at the emirates. Better to fail with our own than the imported mercenaric flops.

Nick is the greatest drinker in the world (according to his agent/dad). Nick apparently still loves to shoot (shots). On a serious note, he needs to go somewhere and play. It is probably not at a top level team. He is not a bad player but just seems to be an ass. Great loan move though. NOT.
