Gunners beat West Ham in FA Cup

It took two goals in the last 12 minutes, but eventually Arsenal were able to beat West Ham 2-1 and move into the 4th round of the FA Cup.

West Ham had taken the lead in first-half stoppage time when Alessandro Diamanti beat the offside trap to slot past Lukasz Fabianski.

But with 12 minutes remaining got the breakthrough they deserved. Song, who was Arsenal’s best player on the day, fed Vela in the area. The Mexican nudged the ball to Ramsey who fired a shot into the far corner.
Then five minutes later, Vela sent over a teasing cross from the left-hand side and Eduardo stole in front of his marker to arc a header into the top corner of the net beyond Green’s despairing dive.

Overall this was a really good result. Song was really good as was Ramsey, who is filling in for the injured Fabregas really well. What a future he has.
