Yes it is only pre-season, but I cannot help and be impressed at how good Arsenal have looked in these friendlies.
Tonight Arsenal beat SC Neusiedi 4-0 making it three wins out of three in pre-season with 11 goals scored and 0 goals conceded. Yes the competition has not been great, but I like the three clean sheets.
Against Neusiedi, Marouane Chamakh scored his first Arsenal goal from the penalty spot. Other Arsenal scorers were Theo Walcott, Emmanuel-Thomas and Carlos Vela.
Arsenal competition steps up in quality now with AC Milan, Celtic and Legia Warsaw on the horizon, but the team is buzzing with confidence at the moment and if they can continue this form in the next three games, the Gunners should be flying come the Premier League opener against Liverpool in less than three weeks.

love the article, got me excited. bring it on.
This team is sharpening up every game they play, Wilshere and Nasri in particular looked awesome, i know there not a Champions League team but the way Wilshere danced the ball through three players legs when he came back on in the second half just reminded me of what this kid is capable of. Nice to see Chamakh fight for the ball in the opposition box and Koscielny looks to be settling in next to the Verminator too.
I watched a significant portion of the game online and was very pleased with Nasri and Wilshere. I am very hopeful that Nasri will find more consistency in his play this season. He showed real technical brilliance in some very important games this past season. If he can keep up the work rate he has shown in these friendlies, I think he can prove himself invaluable to the team. The one truly negative thing I noticed during the game is that the passing in the backfield was fairly sloppy and had our opponent been a team in the Premier League, I doubt we would have kept a clean sheet.
What happened to ohan Djourou? Does anyone know as he was subsituted earlier on in the 29th minute? Thanks all.
